Synopsis

Rohan is a man going through the motions of life. All the companionship he has is his ailing father. After the recent passing of his only daughter Rohan should be an emotional wreck, however he is not since his daughter has not moved on to the afterlife. His daughter has powers of replaying memories.Rohan spends his time either working, taking care of his father or watching memories with his daughter. When his father’s Alzheimer’s symptoms flare, causing an episode that nearly ends tragically, Rohan seeks care for his father. At the same time, the dad has other plans – he must find a companion for his son once he too passes. Unbeknownst to Rohan, his father sets him up on a blind date from a nice woman from the temple. Rohan feels that he has all the companionship he needs through his son and his daughter. When the time for the date arrives, Rohan is initially standoffish. After cracking a few jokes Rohan starts to open up to his date. Rohan thinks there can be some sort of connection, until he sees his daughter questioningly looking at him. Rohan realizes that he is not ready to move on to another woman, and promptly ends the date.Afterwards, while hanging out with his daughter and viewing memories Rohan learns that in order for her to present memories, she must take them from somewhere. Rohan puts two and two together and realizes that this is the source of his father’s memory loss.In the end, Rohan decides he must let go of that which is already gone, holding only onto those memories, and he must take care and enjoy the time he has left with his father.
