Synopsis

2001, Kambapalli, Telangana. In a village resonating the hues and rhythms of Malgudi Days, inaccessible to any technology, Ravi, our protagonist, discovers computers for the first time while checking his 12th board results. Extremely fascinated by his discovery, he dreams the day he can learn to use this device. With computer in his mind and Roja, his classmate, in his heart, he attends college everyday. When a new computer games centre opens in their village, in turns that opens a new window to fulfill Ravi's dreams. He pesters the owner, Hybath to teach him everything he knows about the computer. In turn, Hybath wants a quarter bottle of alcohol as guru dhakshina. The classes begin and soon he discovers the most existing and important feature of the computer - EMAIL. His obsession about mails reach peaks but in the process completely ignores Roja.Fate listen to him, when Hybath leaves Ravi as the incharge for the centre for a brief period. His main task was to ensure that no device catches a ‘virus’. That night, at the centre, Ravi sees a notification - YOU'VE GOT MAIL. On opening, it reads ‘Congratulations, you have won a lottery of 2 crores!’. He shares this excitement with his childhood friend, Subbu but to win they need to pay the delivery charges. And that begins a journey for Ravi and Subbu as they find one way or another to arrange an unbelievable sum of 1 lakh rupees to win the lottery. Throw into this mix, a villainous moneylender, a meek farmer father, an alcoholic rice mill owner, what ensues is an incomprehensible drama for the villagers and a hysterical comedy for the viewers.
